Born and raised in St. Kitts on the 20th day of July 1984.
Attended the St Paul’s Primary school then feathered education at the Sandy Point High School. Has always been a lover of music of all types. After losing his mother Lorraine (Lydia) Dorsette at the age of 12 years old Young G got into the music industry and chose rap in which he thinks is the best way of expressing himself, and ever since he started rapping he is one of the most outstanding rapper in St. Kitts and across the Caribbean. Determination, Dedication and Discipline, Young G keeps his rap concept steadily positive. With a track dedicated to his mother Lydia called (missing you) and one to his daughter G”Neika called (G”Neika’s Song),Young G performed at several public shows and never ceases to capture the public’s attention. From the few performances he got the opportunity to travel across to neighboring islands such as Antigua, Anguilla, St Martin and Tortola and expresses himself through his rapping.
In the public’s eyes Young G is known as St Kitts Most positive rapper. Doing what he does best, taking care of his daughter G”Neika and rapping he also develops a passion for radio broadcasting. Listening to the Sweet Sister Sensia and E.k through the air waves he then made S.C.R his choice. Young G claims Sugar City Roc 90.3fm is his comfort zone.
